If you need help in setting up your website, our dedicated Merchant Support team is there to help you. By using the Installation Request in the Verotel Control Center, you can let Verotel install and implement the server-side script VerotelRUM at no charge. After the installation, Verotel is able to add, modify and delete users to your members area. This script is used whenever a subscription is sold.

Verotel is not only there to provide support to you. Our enduser support call-center operates around the clock, every day. Endusers that have purchased subscriptions online are helped in a similar manner. Our service is multi-lingual, friendly, proficient and fast. Verotel takes this task out of your hands and makes your life easier. You save the expenses of providing customer support to your subscribers or customers. Verotel answers all questions such as "what did I buy" or "why do my usercode and passcode not work on my website?". Our Enduser Support services can be contacted by email, phone and live-chat. If you sell products (Verotel Pro), some of the support services will be provided directly by the merchant.
